The fastest channel for MathLab is email at hhammoud@inovisum.com. Messages are read by a human; most non-urgent threads are answered within two to three business days. The editor watches the inbox during the weekday mornings (US Eastern). We do not use phone, postal, or social DM channels for support, because written feedback lets us reproduce a calculation, post the fix, and trace the edit back to the source you cited.
Reporting a calculation issue
If a calculator returned a number that disagreed with another reputable source, include four things in the email: the calculator name (e.g. Roth IRA Calculator), the exact inputs you entered, the result the page returned, and the result you expected with the source you trust (IRS publication number, Bankrate article, your school’s GPA scale, etc.). With those four items the page can be re-checked against the cited authority and updated within a day if a real discrepancy exists.
Categories
Tool requests: a small focused calculator we should add. Bug reports: wrong result, broken layout, browser-specific quirk. Privacy and data: a question about analytics, advertising cookies, or how to manage personalization. Partnership and licensing: embedding a calculator on a school or finance site, white-label inquiries, or research collaboration. Label the subject line with the category so messages can be queued sensibly.
What we will and will not do
We read every message. We will not add anyone to a mailing list, share your email with a third party, or respond to bulk solicitations for unrelated services. We will not give individualized financial, tax, or legal advice — those questions should go to a licensed professional. We will fix a math error or a wording ambiguity quickly once it is reproducible.
